The Impact You'll Make
As a vital Forklift Driver or LO Operator, you will be instrumental in the parts distribution for industry giants like Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, UD Trucks, Volvo Bus, Volvo Penta, and Volvo Construction Equipment.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Think you’ve got the moves? We’re looking for a precision driver to own the aisles and keep our supply chain humming.

  • Master the Heights: Show off your skills on the high-reach forklift. You’ll move stock safely, smoothly, and with total control.

  • Aisle Architect: Keep the warehouse looking sharp by nailing every replenishment and putaway with perfect placement.

  • The Dock Specialist: Be the heartbeat of our logistics, loading and unloading trucks to get freight where it needs to go.

  • The Detail Detective: Protect the inventory. You’ll receive, count, and check stock to ensure our numbers are always 100% accurate.

  • RF Scanning Pro: Use the latest RF tech to pick and pack orders with speed and "first-time-right" accuracy.

  • Stock Guardian: Stay one step ahead by monitoring stock levels and keeping the team in the loop with clear reporting.

  • All-In Teammate: Whether it’s a big project or a quick tidy-up, you’re ready to jump in and help the crew succeed.


Available Shifts (Monday to Friday):
  • 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (LO Preferred)
  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (LO Preferred)
What You'll Need to Bring
We are looking for dedicated professionals who meet the following criteria:
  • Mandatory: A valid LF Forklift Licence with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience.
  • Highly Desirable: An LO Forklift Licence, or a strong willingness to obtain one.
  • Demonstrated experience as a high reach forklift driver.
  • Experience in similar automotive industry a bonus
  • Proficiency in RF scanning operations.
  • Physical capacity to lift up to 20kg frequently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and able to write & speak with ease.
  • Full Australian working rights to support a 38-hour work week.
